The Marketing Plan

  • We meet with every candidate to learn about specific skills sets, experience and personal career goals
  • Assistance with creating a winning resume showcasing your talents, experience and goals is provided for those who complete the screening process successfully
  • We sell your unique qualifications to potential employers who are seeking individuals with similar experience and skills
  • Progress reports are provided to candidates to keep you up-to-date during the interview process

Candidate Screening Interviews

  • Using a 30-minute interview, we pre-screen all candidates to ensure they meet the expectations of potential employers
  • When we have found an employer compatible with your skill set, we provide that client with a written candidate narrative and resume along with a typed reference from a supervisor so they can see your qualifications prior to the interview
  • Prior to interviewing you will be briefed about company information and needs and the specific job responsibilities

The Interview and Hiring Process

  • We coordinate the interview between you and the potential employer
  • If an offer is made, we assist with brokering any concerns or roadblocks between you and the employer
  • Once you have accepted a position, we assist you with the resignation process to ensure a smooth transition to the new position
  • Written confirmation of employment is sent to you on the client's behalf
  • The recruiter provides follow-up and assistance to the hiring manager and to you for the first 30 days of employment to ensure that both parties are satisfied with the placement
