Taking the time to get to know the mission, culture, and needs of each of the companies we serve is part of what allows us to provide customized, personal service and attention that meets the individual needs of each client. As part of our personalized service plan, we guide each of our clients through a series of steps designed to select candidates that are a perfect match.
The Marketing Plan
- We meet with every client to learn about the mission, philosophy and culture of the company
- Needs assessment is conducted based on an extensive list of client interview questions
- Based on criteria that describes ideal candidates, a job posting is created and publicized on the JDeane Restaurant Services website for access by prospective candidates
- We actively recruit qualified candidates that have been referred to us and / or are currently part of our database of pre-screened individuals
- We sell your unique job opportunity to a select group of talented, proven applicants who have successfully completed our rigorous screening process
- Progress reports are provided to the hiring manager so s/he is always up-to-date about where we are in the hiring process
Candidate Screening Interviews
- Using a 30-minute interview, we pre-screen all candidates and present only those who we consider an ideal match
- We provide clients with a written candidate narrative and resume along with a typed reference from a supervisor for those candidates that meet the established criteria for the position
- All qualified candidates have been briefed about company information and needs and clearly understand the job responsibilities before you interview them
The Interview and Hiring Process
- We coordinate the interviews between the client and selected candidate(s)
- When the client decides to make an offer, we assist with presenting this to the candidate and broker any concerns or roadblocks between the client and the candidate
- Once a candidate has accepted a position, we assist the candidate with the resignation process to ensure a smooth transition to the new position
- Written confirmation of employment is sent to the candidate on the client's behalf
- The recruiter provides follow-up and assistance to the hiring manager and the selected candidate for the first 30 days of employment to ensure that both parties are satisfied with the placement
