Since founding JDeane Restaurant Services in 2005, Julie has played a pivotal role in the hiring of hundreds of managers by a wide range of restaurant industry clients. Through developing behavioral interview guides and taking the time to get to know her clients and candidates, Julie provides personalized service to both parties that is unsurpassed by what is offered by at other restaurant recruiting firms.

A graduate of the University of Missouri with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Julie has worked in many facets of the industry including restaurant operations, training and development and recruiting.
